The construction of a new installation for the treatment of WEEE and scrap metals in the Area of Bergamo quickly proceeds. The plant is unprecedented in our country by production capacity and versatility of use and it will represent a landmark in the technologies dedicated to these areas.
The process of internationalization that Forrec launched during the year continues in a positive way.

As part of the internationalization process started by Forrec in 2009 an important mission in China ended a few days ago. In Beijing, during several meetings with qualified industry stakeholders, our operators have outlined a plan for the development of the trade and production activity in China already started with the opening of an office in Shanghai which will coordinate the business Forrec with all the far-east.

In the last days, Forrec has attended the Ecomondo Exhibition, the most important show completely dedicated to the ecology and to the recycling in our Country. The wide presence of professionals in our booth and the great interest in the exhibits have confirmed the increasing growth of our trademark and the appreciation in a quality and reliable production.

Forrec staff has just finished an exploratory mission in the United States with the aim of analysing and evaluating the business opportunities presented by the country in terms of recycling.
Meetings with sector experts and operators in both California and Florida, resulted in positive feedback and led to our having identified possible partners with whom, in the near future, we will be creating Forrec USA.

A plant for the treatment of aluminium shavings produced from the waste of mechanical works, with the separation of the sterile and dusty fraction from oil and liquids and all ferrous parts, has been successfully tested.
